Doug and Sharon with RE/MAX 100 have been a part of our lives since 2000 when they helped us find and purchase our first home together. There are no other real estate professionals as remarkable as this dynamic duo. They have helped us thru every property transaction we have had over the last 24 years. They were always there to help even when our issues and/or questions didn’t involve a buy or a sell but concerns that we knew they would be able to share their experience and wisdom to help us to feel confident in resolving the matter.
We have purchased and sold several properties over the years and Doug and Sharon have been right there to help navigate the process with us. They were with us every step of the way from the initial review of the property, to crafting all the necessary documents, to advice on the perfect first showing. The closing of any property, whether you are buying or selling, can be nerve wrecking and pose complex situations. Doug and Sharon make it their personal mission to ensure every issue is resolved before that special day if at all possible and provide you with their calming and patient demeanor. So when they say “We got this” they really mean it and when something comes up unexpectedly they are there to help resolve it together with you.
Our first house closing on Christmas Eve 2000, we had an incorrect interest rate on the documents provided by the mortgage company. Doug stayed right there at the closing table until we were able to find someone at the bank to address the issue while the movers were already at our new house. We were younger and inexperienced but Doug knew we needed to get this right. Our last house closing just a few months ago in 2023, Doug was unable to attend due to a family conflict. However, no worries, Sharon was right there to pick up the ball and helped us thru it. We also experienced a medical emergency just an hour before the closing but Sharon calmly and confidently held my hand while the emergency played out. I could not have done it without her. To say the least, Doug and Sharon are awesome and you will never find real estate agents as compassionate, professional, and dedicated to their clients as they truly are.
